[Ant. 3, 164] hyacinth-colored cloth is meant), a precious stone Rv 21:20, perh. blue in color (Michel Psellus, in Lapidaires p. 203, ln. 79f θαλαττόχρω ‘sea-hued’), someth. like the sapphire (but s. vs. 19); on it s.
